• Any additional food or drink you would like to consume. We provide water, ice, soft drinks, beer (2 drinks per person) and wine (one bottle). In addition to this you can choose to order (12-hour advance booking) our Tapas catering option, or you can bring your own food and drink on board. We recommend picnic-style food. Please do not bring red wine or individual glass bottles.

Fenicia is moored at Club de Mar on Palma’s seafront. You can find a map on our Contact page.

Your confirmation email will include full arrival details, including the berth number of the boat.

We recommend arriving by taxi where possible. Taxis are allowed to enter the port and drop you directly at the berth - simply give the berth number to security at the main entrance gate.

Please note there is no public parking at Club de Mar. The closest paid parking lot is located here (6-mins walk to the Club de Mar entrance).

If the weather isn’t safe for going out, we’ll offer to reschedule your trip. If that’s not possible, you’re entitled to a full refund. The final decision is made by the skipper on the day.

Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 7 days before your scheduled charter departure time.

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 7 days before charter: 100% refund

• 7 days to 72 hours days before charter: 50% refund

• Less than 72 hours before charter: no refund
